How do you set a CPC in Facebook ADS?

    I am new to FB ADS and I went through the process of setting up an ad. I'm not finding anything though that shows the CPC or allows me to bid. The only thing I could find was the budget amount (which shows $5).

    Can someone tell me where I can find the CPC/Bid information? Do I have to pay before I am able to set this? Or am I missing something?

    I think it should be easier than that, but this is the only way I know how. I am attaching images to show the steps:

    1. In your dashboard click on the link for that particular ad, you should see these options: Ad Preview, Targeting, Performance. Click on Edit Targeting.

    2. It will open in a pop-up. In that pop-up click on Pricing.

    3. From there you will be able to edit your bids.
