Use alt tags with each pic. Also, in the Google webmaster tools, Turn on the image indexing. You will get tons of views from that alone

Actually, the alt tag is for accessibility purposes to describe the image. You should use the alt tag to describe what is in the image, and use the image's title tag for keyword-rich alternate content descriptions.

Either way though, it's an adult site with X-rated images and it's going to be hard to drive organic search via tradtional SEO means.

    https://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/
You may need to start a new account.
    Add your site.
In the tools section click on Enhanced image search
    And allow it.

I didn't notice we were discussing a porn site. I don't work with them so I'm not sure how Google treats them. Any other image oriented site will benefit from this.

I've used the alt tag for years and have seen sites where google has even used these for the description in their serps. The title probably works as well but don't dismiss the alt as unnecessary.

You can put seo friendly keywords in your title pages and page descriptions :) Putting a description in the alt tag of the images is also a good idea.

Of course the alt tag is important; I was just clarifying what it's for. Google prefers title tags on images, but will use the alt tag if its not there. I use both the alt and title tag in images, but for 2 different keyword purposes, as I explained above.
