How do you sell a Wordpress blog?

Let's say I have a blog and someone wants the buy the blog with all the content. How would I go about doing this? What would I have to do in regaurds to the mySQL, files, and everything else?

You may use an escrow service, for your safety. Sites like afternic will charge around 3% for the service.

Once escrow is made, you can give the buyer access to your hosting or send him the mysql dump+files with installation instructions. Also you can transfer the domain name to his name.

After everything completed, you can ask for the escrow release.

 

[1] Backup your Wordpress database
[2] Backup your Wordpress folder

Send [1] and [2] to the buyer....

Thanks guys, I know this is a simple question but I have never done it; How do you transfer a domain? I'm using 1and1. I know SOMEONE has to change their nameservers, but who? Can you walk me through the steps of that.

I'm not sure about 1and1 domain transfer.
You could probably check with 1and1 support.
