How do you remove a feedback score that should not be

    Hi All - for some reason I have a feedback that I did not pay for an auction - but all of my auctions are paid for. I have checked each one - heck there are only 20... and when clicking the link you would think it would show you the page.

    Is there a way to contact admin to have them remove the "unpaid" score?

    You have to live with it. If it's red that means you didn't pay using the link provided by DP.
    They send an email when you win an auction with a link to the PayPal payment page. If you pay just by going to PayPal then DP can't mark it as paid.

    i have same issue. i paid all my auctions to the site owners directly after placing a winning bid. there should be a way to rectify this. makes it look like i am untrustworthy or something.

    me as well. why the hell isn't it posted in huge red letters "PAY BY OUR PAYPAL LINK OR RECEIVE UNPAID STATUS ON YOUR AUCTIONS"? Its good they are trying to fight scammers this way, but for us legit people who are now stuck with the red numbers, its ridiculous. But thats life.
