I'm not working in office but working as a home base. I'm also get stressed with my routine. But all I do is eat foods and drink plenty of water. It really helps to fight stress that given by your work.
i used to abuse drink and drugs until i got so ill that i realised these were the wrong coping mechanisms for stress. now i use the gym/weight lifting.
I either listen to music or go for a walk. Both are equally relaxing, although the latter does serve as a nice excuse to get some exercise.
