For sure, sitting all day in front of your computer makes you stiff.

Plus, you'll hear your boss ranting and those gossiping colleagues are very irritating. So, how do you release office stress?

I go for a walk and stay away from the monitor, even for just a few minutes to stretch. I also don't work at home because it doubles the stress. I make sure I leave everything in the office to enjoy the weekend.

Yes, I agree with crumblepie. Music works wonders. I also have a stress ball my fiance got me a few months ago. I think I may have to get a new one. I have thrown it, squeezed it, punched it, pulled it, maybe even stuck it with a pen a few times. Ah, the wonderful world of working in a call center! LOL. :D
