It appears only high traffic sites are able to use adsense video, is there a way to apply for it or do you just have to wait?
I don't know their selection process, but as I recall, they're doing it by invitation only. I got an email in the mail one day inviting me to join and that was it. My guess is that right now it's still in beta, and once they bring it out to the masses everyone will be able to use it. Until then, there is no applying, I think.

i dont think that yout traffic is a criteria for video ads. i saw some video ads on my 1k web sites. (it was a game site)
I think you just put the right size ad, I saw one on my site once and I don't have that much traffic yet or anything.
video ads are those "flash" ads, right? I have seen one on my forum, using leaderboard ads.. and yeah, video ads are pretty cool.
