How do you pronouce the silly words like 'CHMOD' , 'SEO' , 'XAMMP' etc.. ???

    My mother tongue isn't English.

    So, just wanted know the way of pronunciation of these words.

    1. CHMOD - I pronounce it as ' K - MOD ' ::: 'K' as 'CH' in 'Chemistry'

    2. SEO - I pronounce it as ' SEEYOO '

    3. XAMPP - I pronounce it as ' XAMP '

    There are many more words and I will ask them later when they come to my mind.
    But, for now... I want to learn some hard words of English :)

    SEO = S-E-O

    XAMPP = X-AMPP

    Ubuntu as ' YOU - BUN - TOO ' .... BUN will be pronounced like 'CREAM BUN'. :D

    Ubisoft as ' YOU - BUY - SOFT ' ... lolol... I really want to buy soft rather than hard :D

    I believe most people will pronounce that way. Here is the correct way that I have found on the Internet.

    Ubuntu = Oo-boon-too

    Ubisoft = You-Bee-Soft

    Well... I knew the pronunciation of Ubisoft and I do pronounce it correctly. I was just kidding! :eek:

    But, Ubuntu is really strange!! lol... :eek:

    Okay, Another one is 'Google'... for newbies... lol... I used to pronounce it as "GOOG - LEE" ... lol.... I am laughing at myself!! :D

    I pronounce it like .. H-Mod :D .. and sometimes K-Mod
