Hi there, I want to know that how do you promote your multiple websites.? Secondly, how to allocate the time and manage the promotion (which includes SEO, Links exchanges, directory submission etc) for 4-5 different websites. Regards bushib
First off put links to your sites on sites. See if you can find deep pages on your site to link to pages on the other sites.
first offits little difficult but not if you have a website with good pr and link them from that website and secondly not a single person can manage to promote multiple sites at once I do agree there are some people who are heavily in the internet business and can manage mutiple sites out of all there time.
Promoting a multiple website needs you to have an extended time. If you just prefer to work for at least 8 hours in a day, that wouldn't be enough unless you have someone/staff who will help you out. Article writing, newsletter, e-mail marketing and forum posting are some of the tasks to do.
I have teo blogs on wordpress and blogger and I hardly manage to promote them. I should say that you'd better have one or two...4-5 sites or blogs are difficult and exhausted job...The less the better...
If it is hard to manage multiple websites you may consider to outsource work so that some one will work from different time zone.
Start a link building campaign for your sites. This will bring a lot of organic traffic in the long term. If you need some instant traffic then start from the most popular social bookmarking sites and make sure to submit all your interesting articles there.
Does any of you know international advertising networks dedicated to adult web sites ? That could be another way to promote an adult web site if you have enough budget..
Forums, social networking, and articles. These are really fast ways to promote your websites and get a lot of traffic.
I have dozens of sites and I highly recommend creating multiple blogs and websites and diversifying yourself online. It wasn't until I did this that I was able to make the bump from doing this part-time to full-time. Full-time income will often come from multiple sources - multiple streams of income. That's the way I do things, anyway. I have things down to a routine where it takes me about three days to create a site, do some minimal promotion and get it indexed, and start making sales. The longest it's taken for me to make sales is about five days. And this is relying mostly on organic search in the search engines for my keywords. A big part of why this works for me is how I use my feeds. Whether I have a WordPress site or a regular html site with a simple one page manual feed page I've created, I do certain things with the feed which give me fast indexing and immediate traffic. I don't spend a lot of time on articles, forum posts, and the like, although over time I will usually do some of these things for each of my sites. I like to work on one project for a little while, then allow the site to gather age and page rank in Google. And I build out a portfolio of different sites this way. Jennifer
I find that even with just two websites, both of which appeal to college students, I am basically doing advertising, promotion and SEO separately. I do link to one from the other but it's nearly impossible for me to promote them both at the same time, unless I want to put them in my signature in related forums. I used to try to market them at the same time in the same places but I had a much higher success rate when I just gave up and marketed them independently. That way it didn't look like I was spamming links, but really promoting my sites.
get some external links for each site, add your sig with your sites when you publish an article or a post.
bushib, The best thing to do is build up one site to massive proportion, and then link to the other sites from it. It is like a hub, basically.
