I created a landing page for one product. Submitted two articles within two weeks and got two sales. I created another landing page for a different product submitted an article and got rejected saying Affiliate and distributor links not allowed, so I don't understand what happened. Any other article directory worth trying? Or method without using PPC? How do you promote with ezine without rejections. thanks
You have to read their terms and conditions and adhere to them. Maybe you got away with something the first time but in subsequent articles it was noticed? You can put a link to a ".info" domain (which you can buy for $1) in an EZA article, and just forward the domain to your hoplink, I believe? (If you trust Clickbank's affiliate tracking system to pay you your commissions, which is pretty moot at the moment, by all informed accounts).
I follow a pretty simple but effective series of steps: Step 1: Create an article about that general niche Step 2: Author box goes to a squeeze page for opt-in lists Step 3: Profit. Send out emails recommending clickbank products. Rinse and repeat, articles are great for getting opt in subscribers.
Thanks for the reply, the weird thing is that two more articles with the exact same link were accepted with no problem. I noticed that maybe what I wrote in the resource box gave them a red flag so I have submitted a couple more copying the one that went through and so far one was accepted, I hope it was a one time thing. Thanks for replying. So far I've been creating landing pages with general info on the product. I have yet to create a squezze page, is there any good tutorials on how to create one that you know of. Thanks Ruben
Will anybody show an example about an ezinearticle that pointing clickbank product? I am asking about squeezing page.
It's not determined by "what it looks like". You can't link directly from an EZA article to a Clickbank hoplink. You can link directly from a EZA article to a top level domain-name which is forwarded to a Clickbank hoplink. The customer will see exactly the same thing in either case, but one is accepted and other isn't. It's not about how you think they ought to decide what's acceptable and what isn't, or what squeeze pages "look like". It's simply about their terms and conditions.
Before you post articles to EZA, read their guidelines completely because if you are able to submit the first 10 articles without any problem then you go straight to platinum level. You CAN redirect from your private domain to your affiliate link You CANNOT put just your affiliate link One more thing I came across is that when they say "General Error" for rejecting your articles and ask you to contact them, you don't have to contact them at all. Just edit the rejected article and check for excessive use of keyword(s) or if author resource box is 15% more than your article. If any of the two applies, change them immediately and re-submit. It should get approved in a day or two.
