How do you promote Amazon?

beside using website - store, i also use fb fan page to promote amazon, but until now, do'nt have any order/sale from this fp

 

Social is a great way to promote but unfortunately it is against Amazon TOS to link directly to Amazon from a website you don't own. So if you use a Facebook page for example, you need to send your visitors to your website which they then hopefully click through to Amazon.

 

Like nets to catch fish, is this way not too taxing?

 

How amazon doesn't permit to to promote amazon affiliate links on sites you don't own , and amazon provides direct twitter share for links ??

 

It's their company and rules, so they can do what they like. Why don't you start your own blog and promote Amazon and other affiliate programs, as it's a tried and tested method and works well, if you do the required research and write about certain products which are relatively new to the marketplace or have low keyword competition?

 

is craiglist method still working ?
In my country, amazon is not very popular because it shipment required much time to delivered.
So it kinda hard for me to promote it T.T

 

@hayakuza you don't have to promote Amazon in your country only, you can build websites for the American market.

The Craigslist method would fall under the risky area of putting Amazon links on websites you don't own..

So craiglist will not working if I paste my amazon link straight to it.
I must make a blog and paste my link in the blog, then paste my blog link to craiglist ?

 

I have been using Squidoo for promoting amazon products.

There are so many ways to promote amazon. product promotion , sharing links . used amazon product links at your sites , selling of products through your ulr...............

 

Building a Squidoo lens is still an effective way to promote Amazon, as Google like this site for it's rich content. Remember to keep your lens updated or it will be removed from public searches.

 

Yes exactly.. you can try it, but you run the risk of Amazon closing down your account. With the 90 day lead time on getting paid there is a very big chance you won't get any money from Amazon before your account is closed.

 

Review Blogs are the clear winner! I think the abundance of Wordpress Plugins and the ease of getting setup in this way is the key thing.
