   I have over 25 posts now, waited more than an hour, and the account is more than 14 days old. (Requirements as I read them.). I get an insufficient priviledges message?

   If you have met the requirement, all you need to do now is wait for the cron job to automated the task.
   
   And, your age as a DP member start when you made your 1st post and not when you create the account.
