How Do You Place Value In Getting An Authority Link?

    How can you really measure on what any type of authority link can do
    for your site? Lets say you get a backlink from WikiPedia? So how can you really
    measure what 1 or even 100 links from Wikipedia can do your your site or page?
    and I guess this would go for any type of authority link building as well....
