How do you people organize your IM daily routine? Do you like to concentrate your KW searches in one day and develop articles the rest of the week? One of my biggest problems related to IM nowadays is about my time organization. I do not have much time per week for IM, and between reading WA tutorials and this forums , any other forums, reading some ebooks and "secret reports", etc., consume my time and don't do anything productive! How do you people organize your IM daily routine? Please , let me know!
Ideally one is supposed to write down a list of things that need to be accomplished the next day... so that you make progress, daily. For me though... that is barely the case. I have my projects that I work on and have different people working on different things for me... so i pretty much go from project to project as I am needed. Planning would be a good thing for me though... just to get/stay organized!
I start by checking and responding to emails and then checking stats to see if there is anything that is glaringly obvious that needs immediate attention. That is the only time I look at stats daily and I won't check email again for 4-6 hours. I then put together a todo list for the day, usually based off of current projects and longer term todo lists that I am working on. Basically I do whatever AM necessary based on where I am in the development of each site. And I try to minimize my time on forums and reading blogs. No more than 1 hour a day because I've learned that reading is good to get some basic knowledge, but then you accelerate the learning process by DOING. If you want to learn how to be successful in AM simply develop an idea and take action! Sometimes it will work and sometimes it won't, but you'll always have learned more and next time you'll have a better chance to be successful.
HI I start off by checking my emails for a few sites... then check my paypal account, and my adsense account.. Once all that is done.. I work on reviewing sites in my directory... after which I may read a few forums , while looking for new domains to reg. After that I normally take a break for an hour or so and when I get back I may submit some of my sites to more link directories... and then write a few articles... and submit them to ezinearticles and goarticles to start with and then a few days later I blast the articles to hundreds of other directories. If I have more time I may do some keyword research, or look for ideas for developing my domains or create a new product.... What I do need to do is go over my hard drive and review all the crap I have bought and downloaded over the past 12 months... and pick the best ideas from them to make articles or new content for my sites..
