How Do You Pay People That Help on Your Marketing Projects?

I am beginning a few marketing projects in my areas of interest - they are fitness, life-style, and pick-up - they would be info-products and directories -

I have many people that I have describe these projects to that want to jump on board - the only problem is that I don't know how to pay them?

In the beginning there is no money so how should it work - I want something fair to all parties involved, but I also want to retain full ownership -

Anyone here ever had assistants or other people generate content (that were not in IM so you couldn't JV or trade links) ? How did it work?

Equity exchange seems like the only way to go if you're not going to fork over cash. Try to convince them to help for free, but that won't likely work.

Tons of people have the same dilemma, so don't worry too much. You've got to give something to get something, I always say!
