I love to set large and specific goals. I set long term goals and short term goals. A big goal has a big effect and can create a lot of motivation to me What about you?

When I see the top ranked results of my projected websites on Google then my blood increases and I motivate myself that this is the result of my hard work.
I have really been lacking motivation but I know that if you create a morning ritual you will eat up miles of life every day. Its letting go of the old bad habits and replacing them with new good habits thats hard. Reading self help also boost my motivation.

First of im taking my mountainbike to the woods.. and if i come home without crashing to hard or bumbing into trees im all pumped to get started to do my things sitting on my behind. Reading alot or updating a few sites i own. The girlfriend does all the phone talking.. well why wouldent she haha.. Right now im reading alot about MLM because im starting some new up with a buddy of mine who can reach the mountains. And yes - eating healthy and drinking some organic powershots... So in the weekends i can eat like a dummy.. greasy and wild

I'm praying and go traveling or taking quiet time just looking to nature wonders. Real motivation that can make us move is the motivation from inside of ourself, not from outside. Success for us!
