How do you monitor changes to specific pages

    Example i have a site with 20 or 100 pages doesnt matter

    I make a change to pages blue and yellow widgets

    How or what tool will tell me..
    Currently or for the last 6 months page blue and yellow widgets gets 100 hits a day
    Then after my changes and reindexing i can check again and see if my hits(traffic) for blue and yellow widgets goes up or down.

    How do i measure or track this?

    Does this make sense?

    Do you mean that you want to track incomming search engine traffic based on each page pre & post modification?
