It seems I hear something about ROI from time to time and still don't quite understand it...but am guessing that sometimes it is best to put less ads on each web page instead of the max - currently 3. I think I'm going to do some testing, but does anyone out there use only one ad unit per page? I know you need to target the right keywords, but I'm more interested in what to do next. If anyone has some insight into this it would be appreciated...
The first ad block on a page gets you the highest paying ads, the second and third pay lower. If you use multiple blocks make sure the first one is the one that your visitors see first.
Other things you could do is: - Increase targetted keyword density. - Include targetted keyword in <h1> tag and <title> tag. - Try to minimize the subject of each page.
