Yeah...so like look for a product that they will like? Write something nice and send the e-mail? Easy as that? Can I use a normal hotmail e-mail?
Some people like to "warm up" to the list first by emailing them a few times before promoting the product and at least letting them get to know you a little bit. Also, throwing in freebies and good deals may help. Not sure if hotmail is best, but I use yahoo to mail my list.
Man...with 2000 targeted list you will earn your membership to Aweber in one mail so just make an account at aweber....Upload your list-> Send some cool stuff, maybe some free stuff, to convince that you are not trying to hunt their credit cards and after you sent what I have just told you will sent a e-mail like oooo....I searched...for "something" because I had this problem(their problem) and look: I found this: your affiliate product (try to find a good one, with a good landing page). I understand that you also have aweber stats-how many people opened the e-mail and so on... If you will try to sell something from the very begining then DON't, you will loose buyers. Or if you want a free mail manager ,where you can send 200 e-mails , a month if i am remember correctly try MailerMailer.com
