I know many of us do purchase text link from other website, for the sake of high pr or high index page or high traffic.

Just want to ask that do you keep track of your links after purchase? Current i do not .. So i will be quite pissing off some times when i found that my link is not at the website it should be and im still paying with paypal subscriptions.

Another situation is that after we bought a link for let say long term but the original owner sell the website off and my link dissappear again. I hate thissss !!

P/s: Sorry for the grammatical mistake on title. It should be manage instead of management :D:D

I keep a spread sheet and I check my server logs frequently. There should be traffic coming from all purchased links. It no traffic in the log then I go check to make sure the link is still there.

I do it just like Host298,

I have a spreadsheet where I file all my links (payed, reciprocal, natural). Once every month I run a linkcheckprogram to verify if the links are still there, I check the results of that program output with my excelsheet.

I find it very uselful since the searchengines don't display al of your links

Not necessarily, I think you will find most people buy to influence SERPS. Some links are hardly ever likely to get clicked, especially the ones located the bottom.

You may be interested to take a look at the Link Checkup link checker software. That's what I use, of course.
