How do you manage multiple email accounts?

i have so many email accounts that i need to check daily.

some are domain email, some gmail, some hotmail.

Instead of having 20 windows open for just email accounts, does anyone know of a simpler way to manage many email accounts?

i like to instantly know when i get a new email, so i like to have all the windows open simultaneously, but its just a pain in the butt.

    any solutions?

I pull all my mail into Outhouse express (Outlook). It checks it server in rotation at whatever frequency I set. Works with all pop accounts. Not sure about the webmail ones.

cool, i have OE installed but dont use it.

so i would be able to reply to any email that comes in and make it look like its sent from the domain that the original sender sent it to.

i.e= joe blow(customer) sent a email to (me), i would then be able to reply quickly and it would tell joe blow that the email is from (me)??

    thanks

When you have more than one account set up any reply seems to default to the account that recieved the mail.

You may select any account to use for any outgoing mail. This is via a drop-down box on the reply or compose page.

I have installed Dream Mail which allows you setup multiple POP/IMAP and Webmail a account or either check them on the server or via an integrated email browser, www.dreammail-europe.org
