For those of you that have multiple sites, I'm interested to know how you manage customer contact. I use a separate email address for Paypal, so that it's basically an account full of receipts, but sometimes customers try to contact me through that. I also keep separate pop accounts for all my sites, and respond with an email from the domain name the client expects. But it's getting to be a headache as I am expanding my site base faster. How do you deal with customer contact? Do you forward everything to a single account? Do you treat your domains as separate businesses or as one?
I forward everything to my paypal account email address. I contact people back and forth through that I just make sure that my name is on the going out, so that they know it's me.
