Hello, We are starting to launch several different internal websites that are going to be high quality content, however, we are having issues figuring out a proper way to "Manage the Content" such as how to track keywords, which titles should be, have they been published, not been published, etc. We will be using these on Wordpress sites, so posting them is not a problem, it is keeping up with the content, learning a good system to be able to manage it all and things. We would love to hear any tips or hints anyone has.
Maybe i`m speaking away out of my league but i guess Yoast SEO plugin is ok cause it is suggesting both title and keywords.
No, i am talking about keeping up with titles, knowing which one to post, when, should it use a keyword, all those details.
If you're producing a lot of content then presumably you are using several writers with someone overseeing their work. Just have the person overseeing the content producers keep a record in Excel of what content has been produced, page designations, meta data, etc.
keep a master log. assign each article a number and assign the number to author since its for internal purposes.
Try out yourself and put keywords in 1/5 of the title and keyword density in the Article at 4% would help you out with the SE traffic. And do some backlinks also for the website to get SEO benefits.
