How do you make your money on the internet?

I wrote a strategy about gambling and started running a gambling related site. Then jumped into Ebay and sold some stuff. After this, I promoted MLM programs but stopped when I learned it was not really legal. Now I am making a few thousands of bucks a month with a good dating affiliate program.
