Unfortunately it's all about working hard and selling things. I use an eBook store on my site to get income via PayPal, also selling links, affiliate programs, AdSense (of course). But what makes me most is promoting ClickBank products either via ads, RSS feeds or bum marketing.

Well, first you have to have something to sell. If you are good with Web design, you could sell that service (or Web templates). If you are good at SEO, you could sell that service. It just depends on what you can do to make money.
