Mine has to be cremated,if i go out for a meal and i order a steak it goes back to the kitchen if its not burnt enough i get complaints from the chef many times over the years saying that it spoils the meat but i mention who is paying the bill,i am so i have it as i want it.
Medium well done for my steak. Started frying in the pan to seal and then putting it in the oven for 20 mins. Best way I have had steak now. Chicken I likeit to be browned a bit.
