    I like a medium egg, or not hard and not soft fried. I love to have a soft scrambled also. And you can not beat a great spanish omelet...

    Take an egg, beat it with some milk. Pam a pan. Throw the egg in the pan with some hotsauce. Add some Boar's Head Honey Ham. Wait for the egg to bubble. Add pepper to taste. Throw some cheese on top. Wait till it melts. Fold in half - minute on each side. Serve. :D

    Yea there is, but i live in Chinatown so all i can get is bootleg tex-mex crap run by some Chinese guy. and they don't serve breakfast....

    I always want to try it. What kind of restaurant do you go to get it?
