How do you know that the ads are on all pages?

I recently did a test and created a page without the ads, and then in my user area I got the message saying that not all the pages had the ads.

Does the DP system have a crawler that constantly opens and reads all pages of all web sites, or is it done manually (volunteers visit all pages one by one). How can you do it on web sites that have thousands of articles, or vBulletins that have 10,000 pages?

Interesting, but then, how does the system know exactly how many times I have put the include in my web site if it picks pages randomly?

I guess you're using the site:example.com Google search, and then you grab the magic number that reports the number of pages. Problem is, it also takes scripts into account...And on script pages there are no ads :(
