Is there some program you can use that says "hey this guy punched iPhone into Google and came to your site."???

check your stats for what keywords people are coming to your site. It will give you an idea if you have properly targeted your keywords.

I generally used statcounter to check recent keyword activity, it's giving me the exact idea, for a query search made for my website in Search Engines.

SERP' Ranking does not say you are getting traffic to your site,
For which keyword how much traffic you got that is to be monitorized every day.

i belive about every site statistics shows this. like awstat smartstat webstat google analytics etc.

try any one of them, or even you can also get this by programming, using http_refferer and get the query q="" that will be the keyword

I too would use Google Analytics, however you can see similar information using Google Webmaster Tools. Log on then click on "Statistics", "Top Search Queries".

    You'll be able to see
    • The top 20 queries in which your site appeared, and the percentage of the top 20 queries represented by each search
    • The top 20 from which users reached your site, and the percentage of the top 20 queries represented by each click.

I'll second this - people always go on about google anlytics, but there's lots of info in webmaster tools that I suspect most people don't exploit.
And if you click on the link at the bottom that says 'download data' you get a huge file with loads on info on searches and clicks by - location, by type of search - loads of stuff.

Same here. Although I use awstats on all my sites, that's a good point about webmaster tools, jonbuoy
