    I have a question

    How do you know

If an article is not a copycat or duplicate or modification of an existing article somewhere..

I mean how i know i am safe to purchase an article for 5bucks?

i heard of copyscape.. but never used it for articles

is that where you place your articles to check if its genuine?

i see only a http box there.. so it can only check websites not articles..

Please anybody know.. how to avoid duplicate content..

I am buying in bulk from a third world country..

    thanks in advance

If you're buying in bulk, from a third world country, for 5 bucks, then yeah, you may very well get scammed (although not always I'm sure). Also, what's illegal where you are may not be illegal where the writer is, meaning you would be solely responsible if you publish it - this is why I always suggest going with writers from your own country or countries with laws similar to your own where they can actually be enforced if there's a problem.

As for where to check, please use the search function. This question is asked over and over again here in this section, so this is just a duplicate thread in that sense.
