How do you keep up with all the information for your sites?

I am rocking 2 websites, and 3 main blogs. The websites have hosting accounts paypals, etc. In addition, I have an account just about EVERYWHERE. Well, at least it feels like it. This in addition to all of my personal online accounts is starting to be difficult to manage.

How do you keep up with all of your passwords, usernames, account numbers, bookmarks etc.?

I have a password book which sounds stupid, but all of the passwords are in code. Like...pk, t1, and g1 are all codes for different passwords that I use. Every time I join a new site, I put it in my book. I use del.icio.us for bookmarks. I have like a bagillion links and even with tags, it's difficult to remember where everything is. Suggestions?

*note* I need to be able to access my information from multiple computers.

I use firefox's password remembering feature.

And I keep a txt file on my desktop with a few passwords I commonly use.
