How do you keep track of everything?

I was wondering, how do you guys keep track of everything? Things I mean are like:
    - link purchases (when they expire, who bought them/who you bought from)
    - link exchanges (who have you exchanged with, is your link still on their site)
    - random purchases (scripts, templates, coding)
    - things you have to do (pay something, do something)

plus general day-to-day activities you have planned?

I've got an excel sheet for what people owe me, including details about them and the purchase.

link building I have a excel monthly sheet for each site which details a variety of keywords i want to get links for, and types of links i need each month ncluding directories, sitewides, blogs etc.

every week i write up a report tracking changes on about 100 keywords (shared by 4 of my sites). I track all the info in seo for firefox and add in G links to that. I also track monthly/weekly organic traffic from G, Y, and MSN. Now that i've been doing that for a few months I've got some great data to work with to see where i'm going.
