how do you keep the competition from clicking on your campaign more than once?

does anyone know of free software or some way to keep my competition from constantly clicking on my pay per click campainge and running threw my funds? I havent used any pay per click campaige yet but i can see that being a problem, I really need some solutions for this. please advise

I am always surprised at the number of fraudulent clicks I receive each month.

I don't think that there is really anything you can explicitly do about it. My reasoning is that the ads are being served up independently of your site at another site where you have no direct control.
