To be fit, wake up early and having a breakfast. Go to gym triple per week and not having heavy dinner after 8pm.
I keep myself fit by walking daily half an hour in the morning and half an hour in the evening. Thats enough for me as of now DON.
Some simple and light exercises in the morning coupled with brisk walking for half an hour in the evening is enough for me to keep going! Regards, RightMan

Unfortunately I'm not as in shape as I should be as my job requires me to sit around typing all day. I do dance whenever I get a chance, though.
Personally I usually go biking 4-5 times per week, doing about 30-35Km each time. My bike is starting to get slightly old though, so the trip seemingly gets harder each week, it's probably about time to get another one!
Ballroom dancing 2, sometimes 3 times a week. It's like a 2.5 hour cardio workout, 2 nights a week. It's fun and a great way to meet new people.
