my work already done , now its counting $ , means i have created some best blogs and portals that giving me good amount every month.
I have restless leg syndrome so that helps to keep my metabolism up I think.. LOL Other than that.. not much, but it is winter and I usually work out in the summers, though I need to do it year round.
I can't see how that's relevant - unless you are suggesting that counting dollars is exercise. I exercise my index finger with clicks of my mouse. Typing makes for toned hands. Typing irrelevant replies can be finger exercise, I suppose. I don't read blogs that are full of mistakes - one or two but they need to look like some effort has be made and not insult my intelligence. I created this thread for people to offer advice and comments to those like myself who are on the brink of becoming internet potatoes (similar to their couch cousins but with exercised fingers). Please read some of it before you add your two pennies' worth.
watch what you eat, replace snacks and sodas with more healthy food and get some regulation in your life - try to get up/sleep at the same time each day, have breakfast, .. do some excercises, running, cycling, .. whatever you like, but just make sure you make a habit out of them and do them every day.. doesn't matter if it's morning, afternoon or evening, as long as you do them
Do any or all of these acc to what suits u best... 1. Swimming (Best i think 2 keep fit...moves all parts of ur body and refreshing also) 2. Walking or jogging in the morning 3. Good care of ur diet 4. Keep away from alcohol (dont be addicted,I mean... rt?)
