I have adlogger installed. Tho, don't remember steps one by one (i believe there is a guide in the file when you download). You just need to create a database and a user for that database (connect user with database) and than you should access your install page of adlogger (i.e. www.yoursite.com/adlogger/install/) and follow the instructions there. The only thing is that, when you need to setup adlogger (i.e. to ban your IP or setup how many clicks per hour) you will need to chmod to 666 the setup config file, once finished, you need to chmod it back to 644. I think you should read the readme.txt file that comes with the download for better installation.
Trapped explained it pretty well.. if you have trouble, the Adlogger Support Forum is great also.. (but, it's pretty easy to setup)
