How do you hide your age on Myspace?

How can you hide it from public view, I have seen some users like this. I am talking abut where it has your age right by the photo on the upper left side of your homepage.

Why would you want to hide your age? Some people are afraid of that, as you become transparent and less trust worthy... It's best to display your age, unless you are a 9 year old heh.

Ok, i also want to hide my age in Myspace. My reason is NOT because i'm old and creepy. It's because i'm a comic and an actor. I use Myspace to promote myself. I have a photo on there. I look much younger than my real age. Since youth is important in the performing arts, it's important for me to be guarded about my age.

If you're a huge name like Bill Cosby, it doesn't matter how old you are. But when you're a little guy like me, those things are important. I can tell you that EVERY comic i know that's on myspace has their age listed as something ridiculous compared to their real age. They are guarded too, and they understand why.

NOW, can anyone tell me how to hide my age?

 

Looked at it out of curiosity and there doesn´t seem to be an option.

 

If you want to hide your age just set it to 99, or some other high number.

Is that too hard to figure out? I don't think so.

I wish to hide my age due to agist employers basing their criteria on certain matters like political views, gender, age, religion...

Get off this high mantle thinking you can judge others based on your own pleasures.

The majority of you guys were completely rude to this person who requested a simple answer. I'm online looking for code to hide my age, too, it has nothing to do with being older. I happen to be in my early to mid 20s, but the reason I don't want everyone knowing my age is because all a person needs is your first and last name and your birthdate, and they can find you.

Where I live now, an insurance company can pull your personal info from the computer based on a birthdate and first/last name. So, it's important to be cautious. And instead of you guys jumping to conclusions about the question that this person asked, have a bit more compassion and provide the answer instead of criticizing the question.

You need to be using MySpace 2.0 Profiles. Go to Profile > Customize Profile and HOVER over the Basic Information module on the webpage (not the control box) and click Settings (the crossed wrench and screwdriver symbol). Simply uncheck anything you would like to hide and click Apply Changes.

 

Haha MySpace is for kids & Facebook is for old farts. xD
