How do you have a vb forum for just admin and user?

    Hi, I have seen manyh forums where there will be a forum that a user can submit a thread and it doesn't show to the public, but just to the admin. How does this work?
    What I am looking to do is create a forum that people can request what website services they would like done, and I just want admins (Me) to be able to see it and contact them back via that thread.
    Any help is appreciated!

    It's all done in the admin backend, you can set permissions for different forums and user levels.
