I've bought several items off dp, and I've sold quite a lot of items here on dp. Now I've bought an item promising me 2 million database records. You can guess what I'm going to say... it only contained 3quarters, and only 1/10th of the records for which I've bought it. I know that the salesperson who has been investigating this for weeks already knows who I mean. Now my question: How do you handle this? Do you post his name in public? Give him bad itrader? I'm really pissed by this as I can't have any loss of money, and he surely didn't give me what I bought... I'm trying to settle it in PM's but he isn't quite supportive, said he was sick.. Then I still didn't get a responce later on. How do you handle this?
Leaving negative iTrader is always a good start, but you've probably shot yourself in the foot there by giving positive iTrader before the deal was completed/merchandise was tested. A message to everyone - don't give iTrader until the deal is completed totally to your satisfaction. A reputable merchant won't mind waiting a few more days.
