How Do You Guys (Technically) Create Your Landing Pages?

I started getting into Blinkweb cos it looked pretty straightforward, but it's starting to look like although it's very convenient and easy to create, it looks like the catch is you have to register it with them exclusively, and that's where they trap you as I'm sure it's more expensive. Thoughts on blinkweb or in general how you guys recommend creating a landing page if you're technologically dumb?

Squidoo and Hubpages are really easy to use. Just put some picture, introduction, then body, conclusion, call-to-action and done.

Also you can try Wordpress or Blogger.

I use Dreamweaver for my own domains and then Squidoo / Hubpages and all of that as far as "web 2.0" - that stuff is pretty easy. If you really can't work with something like Dreamweaver - then you can use those 2.0 sites. Or you can find publishers that have premade landing pages for you to use. No... I don't have them for my own product... YET. That's on my long to do list. The more I see how many affiliates struggle with landing pages - the more it makes me think I should definitely do it.

Nice, nice, keep em coming if possible.

Yeah I am somewhat familiar with those sites, I think I just wanted to make it something that I owned. I'm still about registering my own site and all that for the landing page, I just didn't want to feel like I was overpaying. Come to think of it, what are the pros of registering your own landing page as opposed to going the free route like Black mentioned?

If you want to have your own website, then I would recommend you to create a self-hosted Wordpress blog, which basically means that's it only your blog.

However, you will have to get a domain and hosting for this one. Actually, it's not going to be very expensive, so you should consider this.
