How do you go about keyword research for micro niche sites?

Hi, I'm new to AdSense, but not to internet marketing. I was just wondering how you go about finding keywords that are possible to rank for in the search engines yet are still high paying.

I use market Samurai. A very effective tool for finding niches and find the high paying niches.

 

I use google keyword tool for that.. First I just search about a particular product and then go through various suggestions given by keyword tool itself.. I find out keywords with atleast 1000 searches (exact) and approx $1 CPC.. Then I used to check its allinurl and allintitle for measuring competition..

 

Market Samurai is good but I find Micro Niche Finder has a more intuitive interface.
