How do you give the buyer of your domain the content of your website?

Hello I'm new to this forum and am hoping to start selling websites soon. I know how to make them and push the domain to someone but what about the content of the website how does it get to the buyer so they can edit it, host it etc? Does all of it just go when you push the domain to them?

So far ive just uploaded websites to a free hosting service (bravenet) which has been great but you don't have to register a domain name as such to do that I don't think anyways. Then I seen that it would be a good idea to join namecheap.com since it will be free to push domains to other members. However with namecheap they dont have any free hosting like bravenet does. I will eventually be buying/registering domains on namecheap for my websites that I am going to sell but where do I upload the contents to?can I just upload it to the free hosting on bravenet then when someone buys my domain I push it through namecheap then email the contents?

Sorry if i sound stupid im just confused and I know its probably something simple I'm overlooking to do this, I just don't want to pay for monthly hosting.
