How do you get your link-building organised?

    Hi,

    You need links, and that's a no-brainer. However, there are too many ways to get links out there, and you need to keep some order not to get lost in confusion. How do you get your link-building organised?

    - lists?
    - a database?

    I'm opening this thread to do some brainstorming about it. Let's see how it goes. :)

    I like to keep things simple. Microsoft excel :) I would strongly advise not to use google spreadsheets, or any google service for seo related stuff, gmail, google docs etc.

    Thank you for the answer. How do you organise your spreadsheets? Do you sort them by project?, by topic?, by type of link?
