I'm sure my sites, blogs and articles would make more if I could attract traffic from Oz - how would you do that? I'm only interested in no cost solutions and won't pay for traffic...
Write unique content that are relevant to Australia and NZ. I think this is the only way to do it. You really wont get much traffic from the two countries as the population sizes isn't a lot.
Yeah wisdomtool is right about the population being small so you won't really get that much traffic, but it depends on what you consider "much traffic". Like he said if you right content that is unique and related to Australia and NZ then you can attract visitors but I am Australian and am attracted to a lot of things I see on the web so I wouldn't say that it's 100% accurate. Another way you can generate traffic to a blog is to post on Australian Forums and Blogs. Good luck with your endeavor
The first thing you need to do is to optimize your website in Oz and New Zealand search engines. To do so you need to get backlinks from sites from these two countries. The more you make efforts in this way you will easily get traffic from those countries. Also you can do email marketing to those in these two countries.
The reason I want Oz traffic is because there are a couple of hours in the day I don't make from adsense - I reckon its because everybody in the US and UK is in bed... I suppose I could target people with sleep problems or nocturnal beings - perhaps there's more of them than the populations of Oz and NZ...
