How do you get reed of GNATS

What is the best way to get GNATS out of your house without using bug spray and poisons ? Like are their plants or natural material you can use?

 

Apple cider vinegar, fruit juice or wine in a small bowl to trap and drown gnats.

 

You could try putting venus fly traps or sundew plants in your house.

We've gotten them before by letting our dirty dishes sit around too long. Gross, i know, but it happens. If you get rid of the garbage and things you should find that they clear out within a day or so.

 

Check your drains, sometimes if you have a drain you do not use frequently it can cause gnats.

 

A mason jar about half full of vinegar usually does the trick for me.
