How do you get News feeds directly into blog?

    I have a blog with several different categories. One of them is news...so how do I get a news feed that goes directly into my blog and posts it?

    Assuming you're using WordPress, you'd need an auto poster plugin like wp-o-matic or Caffeinated Content.

    i am just starting out in the world of wordpress, and i have tried wp-o-matic, but it didnt work, and i am looking for something free for now, to add content to my blog, can anyone else reccomend a free auto plugin poster, whilst i get to grips with WP please.
