    Depending on what category you submit to might determine if you get in or not. Some categories don't get updates most likely since the editor stopped doing it and it's just been neglected.

    If you pick a popular category then it's going to take some time since they get a ton of submissions. If you submit to a more specific category like by region or city then you will have a better shot of getting listed in a shorter time depending on who's editing that category.

    Basically submit and forget about it. Work on other backlinks and you'll be just fine.
