    If it isn't working do something else that you enjoy and then write about that. Go watch a great movie and write a review, try a new flavor of ice cream, take a trip to the zoo with the little ones, or go kill a few demons, monsters, bad guys, etc. in a video game. Do something you enjoy and find inspiration in those things.

    Your situation is a bit different from mine because you are writing for yourself and not for clients. I merely have to glance at my bill pile in order to find my motivation. Unfortunately with the 15th looming closer that bill pile isn't shrinking as quickly as I would like.
