I was want to know how do some people get certain keywords under their site name. When I search like a popular site on google, they have links under their domain and information. How do you get them, and do you have to pay?
Those are specifically what Google considers authoritative and definitive sites. For instance do a search for Web CEO on google, and the first site and those links underneath is I assume what you're talking about. Usually Google wants you to have a DMOZ entry to show your information that way. There are other directories that can possibly be used that way as well(Yahoo, Business.com, etc)
Incorrect. - Google has never stated that as a fact and the term was made up by the webmaster community. Google can generate site links for your website if you have a proper internal linking structure and URL structure to follow suit.
