How do you get blacklisted?

Alright so one of my clients are worried about getting blacklisted with Google Local Business Center. I don't use his company name over and over. I use Keywords and add the Phone number to the title of the listing. Can I get blacklisted for that?

He is my top client, all of his cities are high ranked with Google under local business center and what not. I just got back into the SEO game after quite a few years off. I need to be reassured somethings.

What can I exactly get blacklisted for?

If you have to ask yourself this question then i think you already know the answer. Of course your gonna get him blacklisted. Maybe not today, tomorrow or next week. but sooner or later google will add something to their algo and wipe you off the face of the earth

Man - how can you be CHARGING A CLIENT MONEY if you don't know the entry level stuff? That's what gives legit SEOs a bad name!

It's hard to get banned because if it were that easy than all you would have to do is spam Google with bad local listings of your competitors wbtu bad local listings and wipe them off the google "map".
